Sunkeeper – a sea-view family holiday home in Downderry, Cornwall

Welcome to Sunkeeper, our four-bedroom holiday home at 51 Trerieve in Downderry, on Cornwall's south coast. From the terraces and the living room you look out across the sea towards Looe, and it's a lovely spot to watch the sun go down.

Sunkeeper sleeps up to eight in four bedrooms with king and super-king beds (two are zip-and-link, so they can be split into twins), with three and a half bathrooms. Downstairs there's a log-burning stove for cooler evenings and a separate chill-out room with a TV and games consoles. A whole-house sound system plays in every room.

Outside you'll find a hot tub, a fire pit, a BBQ and an outdoor TV, all in a fully fenced private garden. There's free parking on the property and an EV charger.

The dog-friendly beach, the South West Coast Path, the village shop, pubs, a tapas bar and beach cafés are all a short walk away.
